AIIMS is the top-ranking Medical College in all of India. It is the dream of every medical aspirant to get admission into this college. The fee is very minimal compared to other institutions, and it ranges between a few thousand dollars.
The total duration of MBBS at AIMS is approximately 5.5 years, including 1 year of compulsory internship. The total number of seats available is 77 for MBBS. Admissions are given to the top performers in the NEET exam.
2. Maulana Azad Medical College
Maulana Azad Medical College is known for its MBBS program with the help of the faculty of Medical Sciences. Maulana Azad Medical College admits 250 students annually, and the duration of the program is 5.5 years, which includes 1 year of internship.
The most surprising thing about Maulana Azad Medical College is its tuition fee, which is just Rupees 240/-. However, other charges inflate the total fees to a few thousand.
Admissions are done on the basis of the NEET UG scorecard. Maulana Azad Medical College also offers other courses such as MS, BDS, and MD degrees.
3. Lady Hardinge Medical College
Lady Hardinge Medical College has been one of the prestigious medical colleges in India for a very long time. It was established in the year 1916 during the pre-independence times.
It is a central government medical College and hospital located in New Delhi. University of Delhi's Faculty of Medical Studies conducts the admissions to this college.
Lady Hardinge Medical College has an admission capacity of 200 students for MBBS. The total duration of MBBS is 4.5 years + 1 year of internship.. The college also offers courses such as PG diploma, MD, MS and M.Ch.
4. Jamia Hamdard University
Jamia Hamdard is a private university offering 120 seats, out of which 52 are open for the general category. Admissions are done on the basis of the All India NEET Counselling.
Jamia Hamdard University does not offer management or the Delhi quota. It was established in 2012 and has been recognised by the National Medical Commission. Along with MBBS, it also offers MD, MSc, and PhD. Advanced diagnostic facilities, skill labs, and a huge library have been set up to provide the best education.
5. SGT University
