Responsibilities:
- Answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items.
- Lending opinions and providing product information.
- Handle the concerns of the Customers using our services.
- Work to rectify issues experienced by individual customers.
- Improve the organization’s overall customer satisfaction ratings.
- Accomplish their goal of building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Look after all retail activities & job duties (answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information).
- Students will be placed on the payroll of IKYA Human Capital Ltd.

- Service and Solution Oriented & Technically Sound.
