Role: Inside Sales / Demand generation (Marketing Department)
Responsibilities & Area Of Work:
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Achieve inside sales objectives by generating qualified leads and meet desired targets.
- Well versed in making IT sales calls to decision makers (CXOs level preferably)
- Identifying key stakeholders, understanding pain areas and needs
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Creating and maintaining a database
- Should have cold calling experience.
- Work with field sales to develop and execute Account Based Sales Development strategies targeting the right person at the right time, with the right message.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of networking sites like LinkedIn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Zoho CRM
- Ability to grow and learn as the company grows
- A self-motivated, highly driven work ethic
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.

Service Agreement: 2 Yrs
Service Agreement Payback clause: Cheque of Rs. 1,00,000 towards service agreement to be given at the time of joining which will not be encased and will only be kept as a security purpose)

The CTC for this profile will be 3 LPA (Please find the breakdown for the same)
Total CTC : 3,03,000
Fixed: 2,70,000
Annual Performance Bonus : 10%
