JOB TITLE - Growth Officer

DEPARTMENT- Beverage Sales

JOB PURPOSE:  Achieve coverage, distribution, and display objectives in his territory as agreed with the AGM by personally focusing on sales and also supervising distributor Sales man’s operations in his territory.  

 

Responsibilities:

 1. Focus on all channels to achieve your distribution and display objectives. Always look at the opportunities of opening new accounts.

 2. To achieve brand wise and SKU wise secondary and primary sales objectives as per the agreed targets and time.

 3. Break your secondary sales targets - Distributor wise and DSM wise daily, weekly and monthly for execution, efficiency and to monitor the same.

 4. Brief and sell the monthly promos and targets to all your distributors and DSM. Explain to them clearly the objectives and the benefits for them.

 5. Ensure that the DSMs run the units as per the agreed coverage plan.

 6. Review the working efficiency of DSMs on a daily and weekly basis.

 7. Write the distributor claims regularly on a monthly basis and submit them on time to the accounts depts. for process.

 8. Submit your travel expenses on time as per agreed dates.

 9. Send your market working report daily to your AGM along with market feedback, if any.

10. Review your daily sales progress with your AGM and also the weekly performance of your DSMs.

11. Attend all the review meetings and training programs to upgrade your knowledge and skills.

 12. Maintain and develop good business relationships with distributor networks and retail accounts. This will help you in conducting your business smoothly.

 13. Maintain all the territory data and review it regularly.

KNOWLEDGE IN DEPTH

  • Distribution Management Skills
