Job Designation :  Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:

Business Development Associates will be working on high value B2B engagements for OysterConnect’s Client Partners. These engagements include Lead generation, Business Development and Post Purchase Customer Engagement. They are managed by an in-house team of Project Managers. The Project Managers will train and mentor them on Client Partner specific requirements.

  • You will work on the projects from some of the best brands of the country such as TripAdvisor, Shiksha, Nestle, Microsoft, GSK, Clear Tax, Pay U, Freecharge, Times Internet, Quikr, etc.
  • You will be assigned work under the Sales and Marketing domain. The specific set of responsibilities will vary as per the specific project you get assigned on. Some of the sample tasks would be Brand Activation, Co-branding activities, Market Mapping & Research, Customer Engagement, Referral Marketing, Lead Generation, Social Media Marketing and Business Development, etc.
  • You will be expected to engage with SMEs / Business Entities to explain them about a particular product or service.
  • Subject to your performance, you will have an opportunity to work on higher value engagements.

  • Desire to make a career in Sales & Marketing.
  • Strong desire to learn & comfort / willingness to work using technological platforms.
  • Good Target Orientation Skills.
  • Disciplined independent & owns a conveyance.
  • Owns a laptop & good communication skills (ability to explain well in Hinglish). 

Location: Delhi NCR

CTC  :    

During Probation for 3 months: Rs 15k per month (fixed) + Rs 5k (Variable)
Salary After Confirmation: Rs 25k per month (fixed) + Rs 5k (Variable)
Benefits: PF + Medical Insurance (on confirmation)
