A) Designation : Assistant Mounting - Engineer
Responsibilities :
1/ Quality goal : In order to improve the product quality of the SMT Center, follow the established procedures. Timely analysis of poor production processes, adjustment of equipment parameters, optimization of production processes, evaluation and determination of quality improvement programs.
2/Equipment efficiency : In order to give full play to the production efficiency of the equipment, it is timely to follow up the operation status of the equipment, respond quickly to equipment and quality abnormal events in production, and provide timely feedback. Guarantee the normal operation of the mounting line machine.
3/Process instruction : In order to effectively solve the production and quality abnormal events that have occurred or may occur in production, a reasonable project plan is formulated for remedial action and prevention and control.
4/ Material loss : In order to reduce the material loss and reduce the production cost, real-time follow-up control of the device's material ejection condition, regular maintenance of mounting equipment, nozzle. Adjust the program parameters to reduce the rate of throwing.
5/ Process Optimization : In order to increase production efficiency, ensure the efficient operation of the mounting production line, guide the production line to operate in accordance with standard operating procedures, follow up the adjustment of abnormalities in the production process and give the best optimization process.
Desired skills :
1.Knwoledge on SMT related industry, mounting equipment and application capabilities, able to skillfully handle the various equipment abnormalities in production;Have rich SMT expertise, has a deep understanding of SMT process and quality standards, and can skillfully deal with various process anomalies that occur in production;
2.Proficient in the analysis of poor welding of various types of devices, with certain process improvement capabilities and quality analysis and improvement capabilities;Proficient in the preparation and formulation of production process process guidance, trial production guidance, engineering and technical programs and other process documents;Focus on teamwork, be good at thinking, dare to innovate, and have a passion for work
B) Designation : Assistant PE Engineer
Responsibilities
1/ Assist PE engineer in analyzing and processing defective machines to increase production line pass rate. In order to ensure product quality and improve the product's through rate, we assisted PE technicians and PE engineers to do basic confirmation analysis and processing of the defective machines in the production line.
2/Assist PE engineer to optimize equipment stability and pass-through rate.In order to promote optimization of manufacturer's equipment, improve equipment stability and pass-through rate, help PE collect equipment problems, learn equipment operation and exception handling.
3/SMT machine debugging under SMT line conversion In order to ensure the production output,to improve the efficiency of test line conversion, debug the test parameters of the conversion model and exclude abnormalities in the machine during SMT line conversion.
4/ New program trial, new instrument trial production tracking In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of the procedures and instruments used in the production line, the new procedures and new instrument usage results are tracked, and trial production data output for new procedures and new instruments.
5/ Daily production guidance, exception handling In order to ensure the production efficiency of the equipment, technical analysis of equipment and quality anomalies that occur in the production process is conducted in a timely manner, and measures are taken to implement and implement temporary and long-term improvement measures, and the effects of improvement measures are tracked.
6/Process Optimization In order to increase production efficiency, ensure the high-efficiency operation of the back-end production line, guide the production line to follow the standard operating procedures, follow-up adjustments to the abnormalities in the production process, and give the best optimized flow.
Desired Skills
1.Electronic professional with knowledge on Wireless communication electronics and basic knowledge of analog / digital electronics technology; familiar with the relevant electronic products production process and principles.
2.Should have good analytical and judgment abilities and communication and coordination capabilities; With customer awareness, quality awareness, responsibility.
C) Designation : Assistant Engineer
Responsibilities:
1/ Quality goal. In order to improve the product quality of the SMT Center, follow the established procedures. Timely analysis of poor production processes, push engineering and production departments to improve quality indicators.
2/Process Quality Control. Optimize process control documentation, Make quality inspection specifications, train qualified IPQCs and FQCs, manage and supervise IPQCs and FQCs in accordance with document requirements.
3/Internal exception handling Track and deal with abnormal problems occurring on the production line, request related department to provide improvement and prevention actions, and follow-up to verify whether the improvement result achieves expectations.
4/ Customer complaint handling For customer feedback, on-site confirmation, active processing, and hold a meeting, and request the relevant department to give improvement actions and preventive actions, and follow-up to verify whether the improvement results achieve the expected
5/ Internal ECN/PCN control For the ECN, ensure that the ECN execution is performed according to the requirements of the development. For the internal PCN, ensure that all PCNs are evaluated before they can be formally executed.

- Able to bear hardships with strong responsibility and shoulder pressure.
- Outstanding organization, coordination and learning ability with logic thinking in working and strong team awareness.
Additional Requirements:- Must be versatile with the Shifts ( AY/Night) and can be relocated based on Company requirements to other Locations
