Responsibilities:
1) Assigned to handle Area Office/ Branch Office.
2) Responsible for Sell In - Product wise / Category wise / Day wise plan / Week wise plan.
3) Responsible for Sell Out - SSE management / Involve in setting target / Sell Out drive - Task product & Product mix.
4) Account Reconciliation for assigned accounts.
5) Outlet visit for keeping market hygiene ( Counter share, Display management, SSE review, Strategic product placement & drive, market information )
Skills Required:
- The candidate must possess good communication skills.
- proactive approach with a mindset to learn and grow.
- candidate must be intuitive and open to challenges.
- Candidates with good skills in MS Office will be preferred.
- Candidates passed out in 2022 in the specialization of MBA in Sales & Marketing
