1) Designation : Trainee - Service Delivery Engineer / Product Support
Responsibilities :
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly activities as defined for the project
• IT Infrastructure monitoring for the project, this includes server monitoring, application monitoring and database monitoring as well.
• Resolve routine customer problems and issues.
• Log issues in the Incident Management System.
• Create/Update Project related documents like User Manual, Troubleshooting Guide, Training material etc.
• Awareness of defined SLAs and respond in accordance
• Awareness of defined organization and customer processes • Source Maintenance (Version control Mgt)
Required skills :

Responsibilities:
• Understand Design Documents
• Coding
• Prepare Unit Test Cases
• Testing & Defect Logging (Unit, Integration and System Testing)
• Bug fixing for all reported bugs
• Release preparation & Support
• Source Maintenance (Version control Mgt)
• R&D & Innovative Ideas.

Designation 3 : Trainee – Quality
responsibilities :
• Study of software requirement
• Preparation of test cases
• Execution of tests
• Reporting of defects and tracking them to closure
• Prepare test reports • Deploy releases on QC environment
• Prepare project related documents, as and when required
• Take back up of Test environment
• Technical Skills: • Knowledge of basic SQL, Linux Basics
• Manual Testing/STLC.
• Database testing.
• Bug tracking tool/Bug Life Cycle Soft Skills.
Communication skills.
Analytical Skills -Ability to work in a team
