Designation:  Management Trainee - BDE

Eligibility: MBA, PGDM & BBA                                                                        

Batch: 2018 & 2019 passouts

Role: To prepare monthly/ Quarterly plan & execute retail / corporate sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the minimum number of quality accounts through family banking & leads conversions
  • Source new to bank accounts & cross sell digitally (paperless banking) through TAB
  • Achieve CASA/FD & Cross sell targets
  • Achieve defined quality parameters by making clients digitally active on mobile banking & ensuring transaction intensity in the bank account
  • Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics  for his/ her assigned territory
  • Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.

Desired Skills:

  • The incumbent should be technology savvy and comfortable using gadgets like tab/mobiles.
  • Prior experience in BFSI sector is preferable, though not necessary.
  • Should be young and energetic with passion for sales.
  • Good in communication skills with fluency in English and local language.
  • Strong customer service orientation along with process adherence.
  • Candidate should be son of the soil (stayed/worked in the same territory for at least 6 months).
  • Service bond for one year.

CTC :  4 LPA + (3 LPA Fixed + 1 LPA  variable Bonus)
