Designation: Senior Executive - Customer Delight
About the Role: Our Customer Delight team is largely responsible for driving customer experience. By providing quick updates using our in-app chat feature, email, or calls, our Customer Delight team helps keep customers happy and coming back for more.
Responsibilities :
- Be part of a team that drives customer experience for one of the fastest-growing instant commerce platforms in the country
- Communicate with customers through chats, emails, or calls to resolve their order-related concerns and queries within a predefined TAT
- Help merchants improve service quality by relaying feedback and escalating performance issues
- Work closely with the Supply team to share user feedback
- Provide feedback to our product and engineering team to ensure that user experience on growers is world-class
- Hustle with one of the most hard-working teams in the country – weekends are our busiest days, which is when we get the highest volume of orders; this calls for 6-day weeks for the team, which we work on a rotational basis
Requirements:
- EXCELLENT communication skills.
- Detail-orientation, with a genuine desire to find solutions to customer problems
- Excellent written and verbal English, and functional Hindi communication skills
- Students should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, the early morning shift starts at 6:30 AM and the last shift ends at 2:30 AM in the night (for female candidates, there will be no late-night shift).
Interview Process: first virtual round telephonic screening then shortlisted students will go for a personal interview at company premises.
