Requirement:
- Basic understanding of CRM terminologies.
- Operating system knowledge.
- Knowledge of HR functions.
- The candidate may need to interact with US clients.
- Self-drive to learn new technologies.
Prerequisites:
- Command on Hindi and English
- MS Office.
Interview process:
- 1st virtual screening round.
- HR Interview at company premises.
CTC: 2.64 LPA (in which 2.04 Lakhs Fixed+ Performance incentives upto 60,000 p.a.) & In first initial 6 months as training - 10k stipend
