A) Designation – Software Trainee
Eligibility : B.TECH (CSE & ECE) & BCA
Responsibilities:
We are looking out for active and passionate software coders who have impressive problem solving skills, sharp reasoning and a logical bent.
• Understanding and analyzing project requirements and translating it into specifications and programming deliverables
• Working closely with analysts, designers and clients to enhance existing applications as well as build new applications.
• Maintaining the systems and updating as per requirements.
Remuneration: Initial Training Period of 12 Months in which the CTC will be Rs. 240,000. After successful completion of training you will be promoted as Software developer and CTC would be Rs. 360,000 LPA depending on your performance during training period.
Terms - Shortlisted Candidates are subject to give consent on an Indemnity bond with the company, stating he/she has to continue giving his/her services for at least 18 months. CTC will depend on the performance during the training period.
B) Designation – Management Trainee
Eligibility : MBA, BBA, BBA(P), B.Com
Responsibilities:
· Identifying, generating new business opportunities.
· Coordinate closely with the immediate Manager.
· Thorough understanding of company's service portfolio and pitching the products and services.
· Should do effective market and competitor analysis and then prepare plans accordingly.
· Passion and flair for sales and relationship building.
· Responsible for negotiating and finalizing the contract with the client.
· Candidates should be keen on exploring the market of assessment & testing and should come up with new marketing strategies.
· Candidates should be good in PPT creation & should be willing to travel "Pan India".
· Excellent Communication skills and should come up with innovative strategies to maximize business.
Skills required:
· Good business sense with deep understanding of marketing principles.
· Good communication skills , positive attitude , Negotiation skills & plenty of initiative.
