Responsibilities:
you should have a strong ability to understand the prospects/customer environment from both business and technical perspectives and position solutions & generate new business opportunities.
- Identifying, generating new business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with the immediate Manager.
- Thorough understanding of the company's service portfolio and pitching the products and services.
- Should do effective market and competitor analysis and then prepare plans accordingly.
- Passion and flair for sales and relationship building.
- Responsible for negotiating and finalizing the contract with the client.
- Candidates should be keen on exploring the market of assessment & testing and should come up with new marketing strategies.
- Candidates should be good in PPT creation & should be willing to travel to "Pan India".
- Excellent communication skills and should come up with innovative strategies to maximize business.

- Must have the capacity to work independently and also as a part of a team.

Interview process: First Round- Group Discussion, Second Round- Panel Interview, Third Round- Personal Interview & HR Discussion
Terms & Conditions: 1-year bond & need to submit the original Marks Sheets of 10th, 12th class.
CTC: 3.6 LPA {Initial Training Period of 6 Months in which Stipend will be 15k in hand + Travel Reimbursement (client meetings) + Mobile Allowance}.
