A) Designation - Software Trainee
Eligibility : B.TECH (CSE, IT, ECE) & MCA (60 % & above required)
Responsibilities:
We are looking out for active and passionate software coders who have impressive problem solving skills, sharp reasoning and a logical bent.
- Understanding and analyzing project requirements and translating it into specifications and programming deliverables
- Working closely with analysts, designers and clients to enhance existing applications as well as build new applications.
- Maintaining the systems and updating as per requirements.
CTC: 2.4 LPA - 4.8 LPA (Initial Training Period of 6 Months in which Stipend will be Rs 8K per month)
B) Designation – Business Development Officer
Eligibility : MBA/PGDM & B.TECH (All)
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, generating new business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with the immediate Manager.
- Thorough understanding of company's service portfolio and pitching the products and services.
- Should do effective market and competitor analysis and then prepare plans accordingly.
- Passion and flair for sales and relationship building.
- Responsible for negotiating and finalizing the contract with the client.
- Candidates should be keen on exploring the market of assessment & testing and should come up with new marketing strategies.
- Candidates should be good in PPT creation & should be willing to travel "Pan India".
- Excellent Communication skills and should come up with innovative strategies to maximize business.
Skills required:
- Good business sense with deep understanding of marketing principles.
- Good communication skills , positive attitude , Negotiation skills & plenty of initiative.
CTC : 3 LPA (Initial Training Period of 3 Months in which Stipend will be Rs 1.8 LPA)
