Designation: Lead Generation Executive (LGE)

Responsibilities: The Lead Generation Executive (LGE) will be focused on articulating G-Cube's offering to predefined prospects. He/She should be persuasive and able to effectively hunting for leads through Cold Calling (40%), emailing (40%), Linkedin (20%) while handling objections to deliver qualified leads to the stakeholders.

  • Understand offerings of G-Cube and pitch them to target industry prospects.
  • Use the script, promoters, and pitch scenarios to drive a suspect to a meeting stage.
  • Focused on achieving/ exceeding daily/ weekly/monthly targets defined for self.
  • Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
  • Engage in meaningful conversation/s with key decision-makers and business owners.
  • Conduct targeted surveys to identify the right business opportunities from prospects.
  • Have a strong eye for research and the ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest.
  • Adept at doing secondary research on companies and individuals using different data sources, and drilling out data to drive conversations.
  • Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.

Desired Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills, vocal and written, coupled with receptive listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Should have the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented high growth sales environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and Strong attention to detail.
  • Mandatory skills in pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time & territory management desired.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for technology and sales.
  • Flexible to work in shift based environment.
  • Routing qualified meetings to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. 

Preferred Skills:-

  • Self-starter, team player, high energy, reliable, strong work ethic.
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (gmail, voicemail, MS Office).
  • Willing to accommodate job timings based on campaign's requirements.
  • Exposure to International Sales is a plus.

Interview process : 1st telephonic round of interview, then PI on Microsoft teams and after that final round at company premises for shortlisted candidates.

Location : Noida (Currently work from home)

CTC : 3 - 4 LPA
