Responsibilities:
- The candidate is required to handle the entire end-to-end bulk recruitment.
- Handling the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Conducting employee onboarding, maintaining employee Database.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic form.
- Handles employee relations counseling.
- Assist in implementing the employee engagement activities.
Required Skills:
- Adept at sourcing from various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Prior experience in using social media for hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
- If any working experience in recruiting Job.
