Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities
- Ensures the highest degree of efficiency is maintained at all times.
- Supervises and monitors the performance of employees to ensure standard practices
- proper care of using the equipment, materials, and supplies in the warehouse
- Supervise the distribution flow, and the transportation activities
- Provide on-the-job training to warehouse staff.
- Manage warehouse accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly warehouse reconciliation, analysis, and related reports
- Monitor and track warehouse and administrative costs associated with their assigned responsibilities.
Essential: From logistics, courier, cargo background.
- Manpower handling (ideally have handled 30+ functional manpower).
- Hub Operation knowledge Behavioral competencies required:

- Work from office job with Working days - 6 days & working hours - 9 hrs
- Ready to work in Night Shifts (For male candidates only)
- Good communication and presentation skills & leadership Ability.
- Result Orientation & Accountability.
CTC: 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA + 10% variable
