Responsibilities:
- Providing paralegal support to patent attorneys for filing and prosecution of patent applications. Preparing legal documents like filing forms like RCE transmittal, IDS etc.
- Prepare documentation for docketing procedures for patent applications and agreements
- Maintaining database of the active clients and their patents in Patricia, Anaqua, IP Manager Etc.
- Enter and maintain foreign and domestic applications in the database system.
- Docketing the deadlines of the patents and uploading the documents.
- Maintain docketing system, including running weekly and monthly docket reports.
- Preparation of Summary and Prosecution history
- Researching and reviewing the documents and filing the same with PTO.
- Lead Generation, Meeting & Calling clients for new client acquisition.
- Marketing of company services.
- Attending seminars / conferences / trade shows.
- MIS Reporting
- Please note that work operation will be in night shift.
