Responsibilities :
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
- Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
- Respond to customer queries related to insurance.
- Collect relevant information from clients on their profiles in order to offer them proper solutions.
- Delivery of client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep the relative records.
- Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation.
- Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
- Fulfill all company-established policy obligations.
Desired Skills: Good English communication skills (Verbal & Written), Presentable, Punctual, Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
