Responsibilities:
Complete training in a disciplined manner, implement and adhere to the Datopic defined practices, communicate effectively, safeguard confidential information, and adapt as the company grows.
Contribute to the day-to-day operations and ensure that guidelines/policies are followed and services are delivered consistently, on schedule, and effectively in accordance with the strategy and vision.
Collaborate directly with business and technical teams to make and keep value proposition strong.
Skills required
A strong interest in technological landscapes and a solid understanding of OOPS, Data Structures, DBMS, and SDLC.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to remain self-motivated.
Possessing hands-on experience with any of the following programming languages: Python, Nodejs, Java, .Net, GoLang, C++ and other comparable exposure.
Ability to present, participate, and discuss design and implementation.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
Be proactive and resourceful when dealing with technological issues, and never consider a challenge a dead end.
Interview process :
Written test.
Two rounds of technical discussion.
HR discussion as last round.
Location: Noida / Chandigarh
CTC : 3 LPA (During six months probation period - 15 k per month)
