Our in-depth onboarding process includes 2 months basic training + 3 months of on-the-job training (OJT) to prepare all of our employees to excel in the software development industry.

After completing a 6-month probationary period, team members can expect to see an 80-100% increase in their salary, which competes with other Software Engineer salaries across the industry.

Designation : Engineer Trainee

1.         Candidate will first clear the Entrance Test to demonstrate they have a basic knowledge of Coding/Programming.
2.         Candidate will then be provided 60 Days of training in coding and basic office etiquette culture.
3.         After the training, face-to-face interviews with our HR team and Floor Mangers are conducted at our Chetu facilities.
4.         Once the candidate clears the interview process, the three-month on boarding as a “Software Engineer Trainee” begins with candidates agreeing to a “Four-years commitment” with the company.

5.         Once the trainee has successfully cleared three months of training, they will be on boarded as a permanent Chetu “Team Member”. Depending on their performance, however, trainees can become a “Team Member” in as little as 1 month when exhibiting exceptional skill and understanding.

Candidates should have a B.tech/ M.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ 12th + Diploma (Any IT Background) and B.Sc. (IT).
