Job Purpose: Trainees are responsible for attracting new customers and helping the company in reaching revenue targets.
Job responsibility:
- Sales Target Achievement- Ensure proper leafleting in their stores and also responsible for all company SOP’s are strictly followed and no deviation from process is allowed.
- Discipline Management- Ensure you are properly groomed and following company uniform standards.
Joining: Immediate
CTC : 2.2 LPA Incentives, After 6 months it would be reviewed and revised upto 20% -30% on their current.
