Designation: Operations Intern
Responsibilities:
1. This position requires the ideal candidate to be focused and deadline-oriented, as the primary engagement for him/her would revolve around supporting the operations of the incubator.
2. Being the Point of Contact (PoC) with the current incubated startups, alumni startups and co-working members. Coordinating with them and gathering their latest updates.
3. This includes creating and maintaining relations with the different partners and stakeholders of the entrepreneurial ecosystem so that they can be asked to interact with the incubator or the incubated Startups when needed.
4. Implement IIC/NISP/MIC/ARIIA activities as per the guidelines
5. Analyze data Developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
6. Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
7. Support the AM/AGM in the daily management of the incubation programs and activities
Skills Required:
1. Candidates should have really good communication skills (both, written and verbal)
2. Problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to dedicated work
Team-working skills and the ability to handle aggressive deadlines
4. Must be a graduate with some business operations experience. Fresher’s can also apply.
5. It’s an individual contributor role, so candidates must be able to handle multiple things at the same time.
6. Good knowledge of MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate method to datasets in order to find solutions.
Few points:
- This is a non-paid internship but the interns will receive a certificate after its completion.
- The internship will focus on learning and developing new skills and providing a deeper understanding of concepts through hands-on application.
- Furthermore, during the internship interns will be assessed and interns with outstanding performance will be awarded a Certificate of Appreciation
