Responsibilities:
- We are looking for individuals that possess excellent communication skills, logical reasoning and technical understanding.
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy for clients.
- You will perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- You will source and recruit candidates using databases, job forums, social media channels, etc.
- You will be responsible for end-to-end screening of all candidate information.
- You will conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates.
- And assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical & soft skills, experience, etc. in comparison to the job role.

Ambitious, self-motivated, intelligent people who take pride in their work and organization. The role requires people with high level of ownership and dedication to their work along with:
- Fluent communication skills: This role requires daily coordination with team leads, sales account managers and candidates residing on-site in the US over calls and therefore, fluency in English is mandatory
- The candidate must be willing to work in the night shift
- Basic knowledge of the IT domain with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Date of joining: To be decided
Service Level Agreement: 18 months (Penalty of 1 Lakh+ Taxes if resigned before that)
Shift Timings: Night Shifts (US Time Zones EST and PST) 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
CTC : 5.83 LPA (4.75 Lpa Cashable Salary + 1.08 Lakh Benefits)
