Responsibilities :
- Doing in-depth secondary research to find information about the companies. For example, the name of investors, bankruptcy filing information, any breach, and leaked credentials history, etc.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to find out facts, discover hidden trends, and to capture key insights.
- Sorting through large amounts of data and picking out the relevant information.
- Reviewing legal documents, the company's annual reports, analyst reports, and similar documents to pull out the relevant data.
- Presenting the data in a specific format.
Desired Skill :
- 1-3 years of experience in Financial, Secondary or Company Research, or Company Due Diligence
- Should have excellent knowledge of company details research and due diligence – Financial and Compliance drill-downs.
- Should be proficient with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Must be from Commerce/Finance background (preferably MBA Finance).
- Flexible to work in shifts and quick learning ability.
- Ability to contribute through multiple tasks without compromising the quality.
- Preference would be given to the candidates with an eye for detail.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, always looking for process improvement initiative.

B) Designation : Technical Writer
Eligibility: B.Tech ME , Batch: 2020 passouts
Responsibilities :
- Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.
- Acquire and author/re-author OEM-specific repair/troubleshooting procedures.
- Preparation of service/repair manuals, troubleshooting manuals and other supporting documents to communicate complex technical information related to Cars / Trucks.
- Standardize the content as per guidelines.
- Ensure content is technically correct and is usable by technicians/end users.
- Lead technical conference calls with overseas customers and remotely co-ordinate and work with team mates at multiple locations.
- Write DIY (Do-It-Yourself) procedures and suggest solutions to the technical queries.
- Work diligently so as to complete assignments within the due time frame.
- Follow the standardized process and suggest ameliorations.
Desired skills - B.Tech in Mechanical with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
