Psychometric Profiling Testing session for MBA++ Students

MIMT organized a workshop on the "Psychometric Profiling Testing" session for MBA (++) first-year students in the classroom on 22 August 2022 from 11:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
Psychometric tests help students to get to know their strengths and weaknesses better. The workshop facilitator was very energetic and learned life coach Dr. Deepa Goel conducted motivational and yoga sessions at the beginning of the workshop for mind conditioning. She told the students about the mindfulness and uniqueness of an individual’s personality. So we have to manage our mind. She told how to apply Kurt Lewin's change model to unlearn, learn and again relearn the knowledge around us.
Students have done a psychometric profiling test based on 32 structured questions and found their personality type. Students enjoyed the learning session with full enthusiasm and zeal. The workshop ended with a short question-answer session and a short meditation exercise on 7 chakras. The whole workshop was a package of peaceful and relaxed mind setting and total personality analysis.
42 students of MBA++ actively participated. After taking the psychometric test for students, candidates will get an understanding of their interests, aptitude, and personality; hence make the right career choice.
