IIC Activity: Progress Monitoring & Impact Measurement Session

Under the aegis of IIC Mangalmay Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida had a meeting followed by a presentation of the progress till date in IIC based on which our Impact on various activities and promoting the Innovation and Entrepreneurship can be measured. Mr. Shri Atul Mangal, Chairman Mangalmay Group of Institution, Shri Aayush Mangal Vice Chairman Mangalmay Group of Institutions, and Ms. Prerna Mangal, Executive Director Mangalmay Group of Institutions started the meeting addressing the importance of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Mr. Rajiv Rajan also joined the meeting as a part of our Mentor Institute. Dr. Arun Kumar Rana, Director- Planning and Corporate affairs and Dr. Geeti Sharma, Director MIMT added their views regarding the IPR and patent filling related to idea generated by the students. MIMT had initiated 7 Self Driven Activities enhancing the problem based learning, Idea generation activities, Focusing on cyber protection laws for start Ups and making students aware about the entrepreneurship career. Following the same in the next quarter MIMT had got the great opportunity for the MBA students to get the 30 hours certification course to be completed conducted by the Academy of Entrepreneurs, Sydney, Australia Named under the BOSS YOUR ECONOMY Certification Course. All the students successfully completed the course and hold the certification under their name. MIMT has Scored 49.99 out of 50 and scored 2 out of 2 Rating and has successfully developed an entrepreneur culture. The future plans of IIC, MIMT is to get students clear the certification courses of Innovation ambassador (IA), to create more projects on Idea generation for students and get them upload under Yukti scheme in IIC.
Thus MIMT considers Innovation is often necessary for companies to adapt and overcome the challenges of change. It fosters growth: Stagnation can be extremely detrimental to your business and framing the minds of students in that direction.
